Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Yes, every Alara Jewelry purchase comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
